Shipping

JoGlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, liability is transferred to USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. 
Also, be sure to watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. The carrier will determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address. If you have any questions or need further assistance please contact us so we can assist you further. Be sure to include your name, and order number associated with the order.

Exhanges & Returns

Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Josie values your business and asks that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify her at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. A deposit is required for all microneedling appointments. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Josie recognizes her and her client's time is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with Josie, she not only loses your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
