JoGlo Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, liability is transferred to USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. 
Also, be sure to watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. The carrier will determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address.
